Q. What are you selling?

A. Wristwear and apparel. Our immediate focus is on watches.

Q. Whom are you selling to? Is there a target audience?

A. We sell to whomever is in want of a stately timepiece. Our primary audience is black men and women.

Q. What makes your watches different from anyone else's watches?

A. We prioritize versatility, durability, and repairability for our watches, so the timepiece could be worn daily, then down for some time, but never out of commission.

Q. What is the Bennu Code?

A. The Bennu Code is a code of conduct, promoting a resilient, collaborative, empowering, and encouraging spirit among people wearing Bennu-branded items. Read more here.

Q. What is the goal of the Bennu Code?

A. To have a collective of people working towards a singular goal, with each individual acting as a majority of one, and utilizing the Bennu logo to identify people who could assist in achieving said goal.  

Q. Any information about the founder of Bennu?

A. The founder goes by Rob. Bennu is the fashionable segment of the work he chooses to stand by and stand for. Read about him here

Q. Are there any promotions available?

A. There are; referral cards with a promo code on the back are distributed with every sold item. Ask around and see if anyone has a code for you. Additionally, follow bennuwatch on Instagram for any updates, such as flash sales, updates on stocked items, and new products.  

Q. How can we get in touch with the people behind the scenes?

Q. Is there a warranty on the watch, if I buy one?

A. There is a two (2) year limited warranty on the watch. Full details here.

Q. What's your basic return policy?

A. 0-30 days of item purchase = Full refund or exchange, only with proof of receipt and item in original condition and packaging.

31-60 days of item purchase = Partial refund, only with proof of receipt and item in original condition and packaging.

61+ days of item purchase = No refund.

No refund available if an item is purchased through a sale.

Q. What's your basic shipping policy?

A. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We ship internationally (DHL, UPS, and USPS).

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
